The trading – and relevant ancillary activities – of carbon credits (VER – Verified Emission Reduction, CER – Certified Emission Reduction and the like), certificates of energy production from renewable sources (RECS, GO, or the like), white certificates or TEEs (Energy Efficiency Certificates), and other certificates relating to environmental and social sustainability on national and international markets;

The design, installation, and sale of systems for the generation, distribution, and use of electricity and gas, including works for the evacuation of combustion products and ventilation;

The design, installation and/or sale of kits, artefacts, and/or technology systems aimed at energy savings and/or at low environmental impact, including lighting systems, equipment, and products;

The general performance of editorial activity, excluding the editing and publishing of daily newspapers, both online and via the publication of specialised magazines on ethical, eco-cultural, eco-sustainable, and fair trade topics;

The sale or rental of websites, the sale of online spaces, information, or services and the electronic commerce of non-food items, the provision of IT consulting for third parties and for in-house companies, including the design and creation of IT and network systems, as well as the provision of administrative, commercial, and staff training services;

The performance of recording and broadcasting activities and in particular, the design, creation, and management of radio or television programmes, the trading of telecommunications, IT, and electronics products and services. In order to pursue its corporate purpose, the company can furthermore perform all commercial, industrial, and real estate operations required to this end, as well as performing, non-predominantly and wholly in furtherance of the corporate purpose and in any case with the explicit exclusion of any activity carried out toward the public, financial and securities transactions, including the provision of guarantees, sureties, liens, and every other real guarantee, even in favour of third parties, and the acquisition, only for the purpose of stable investment and not of distribution, both directly and indirectly, of holdings in companies having analogous, similar, or connected purpose to its own.
